The final (and the most anticipated) part of the tour is the gourmet lunch! After an eventful morning, you’ll be treated to a five-course feast in an outdoor dining area with sweeping panoramic views of the valley. If you’re a food lover, a coffee lover, or have an interest in learning about Maui’s local agriculture, you’re going to thoroughly enjoy this tour! The beautiful setting of the outdoor dining area Starter: focaccia bread and a field green salad First main: pan seared BBQ tofu with toasted black rice and white quinoa Second main: mahi mahi in a spicy sweet onion rub Last main: roasted chicken in a coffee orange allspice rub Coffee is served! Dessert: fruit medley served with chocolate decadence The courses are prepared with fresh produce harvested from O’o Farm’s bountiful garden and are as scrumptious as they are aesthetically stunning. Haiku Mill on Maui’s north shore is a landmark steeped in historical significance. The mill started out as a sugarcane processing factory in 1861, but was abandoned in 1879 after sugar production came to a halt. Over the century, the neglected building gently decayed into ruins. Vines and greenery grew and canvassed the thick stone walls, giving the structure a lush and ethereal look. Stepping into Haiku Mill is like stumbling upon an enchanted secret garden – a fairyland that’s filled with romance, intimacy, and mystique. Today, Haiku Mill is a top wedding venue in Maui.
